WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 7 AM TO 9 AM
West County Center announces a walking program - West County Walkers.
The program, sponsored by Des Peres Hospital and SLUCare, meets every Wednesday and Thursday from 7a.m. to 9a.m. on the upper level near JCPenney.
Walk for fitness and learn about health and wellness through this walking program for all ages. Walkers will have access to periodic health seminars and screenings, as well as earn rewards for mileage.
Visit the representative, near the food court, on Wednesdays or Thursdays for more information and to register for the program.

STROLLER STRIDES

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute total body workout for moms and other caregivers that they can do with their babies and stroller age children. Each class is designed for all fitness levels and consists of power walking, strength training, and just pure fun! Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, interact with your children, meet other moms, and teach your children the importance of exercise. Stroller Strides is the nation's fastest growing stroller workout, and you do not want to miss out on what it has to offer!
Come join us for a great workout! Your first class is always FREE! We meet at Playtown on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:00 am. We also meet on the last Tuesday of the month at 9:00 am.
